Refreshing, Citrus, Lightly Herbal

This is such a cool project in collaboration with chef Josh Blumenthal of Oxeye on Galiano Island. Josh wild foraged all the botanicals on Galiano. The citrus in the vermouth is from The Garden, an amazing citrus only farm on Salt Spring Island. IYKYK!

Light, refreshing and so good. Drink this with a little soda or ice and a twist. Its perfect for apero hour in the sun!

• Wild botanicals and citrus from the Gulf Islands including nettle, chamomile, sweet cicely, pine pollen, grand fir tips, arbutus bark, chinotto oranges, lemons, limes, plus much more.

• Pinot gris grapes
