A small-batch organic & natural winery in British Columbia.
We make wine that we want to drink: beautiful, natural, and adventurous. Wine should be honest, creative, unique, and fun. It should make people feel good—without spoiling the planet.
We are proud to be a part of a growing community of responsible makers and consumers around the globe. Together, we place value on products made with care and integrity.
That means respecting and celebrating the unique nature and taste of each grape varietal in every living bottle of wine.
Let the grapes make the wine.

About a Sunday in August wines
Okay!
We make natural wine from organic grapes grown in British Columbia for us, our community, and our planet. This means we start with organically grown grapes, often regeneratively and biodynamically farmed. In the cellar, we don’t add anything or take anything away from the grapes except super small amounts of sulphur. No wonky chemicals, no harsh filtration. Just grapes doing their wild fermentation thing.
Our grapes are from organic farms in British Columbia’s Okanagan Valley, Vancouver Island’s Saanich Peninsula, and Salt Spring Island - where our home vineyard is. These are small-scale vineyards that take pride in being stewards of the land.
In 2021, we bought a 20-acre property on Salt Spring Island, much of which we have retained as natural forest and meadow ecosystems. We’ve planted a small 3+ acres of organic grapevines and orchards to put our beliefs into practice, blending agriculture with the natural ecology. The Salt Spring farm is also home to our winery where we’ve made our wine since the 2023 vintage.
Our wines are alive.
We let the grapes make the wine.
We are stewards of the natural, wild fermentation process.
We do not intervene, remove, or add anything except organic grapes and trace sulphur.
