So Juicy, So Fresh. Big glou glou flavours with lots of cherries, raspberries, and a touch of flintiness in our red white co-ferment. Sorta drinks like a white, looks like a red. Feel me?

2023 Gamay Pet Nat

Our first and only Gamay Petillant Naturel. So much fruit, so much colour, so much splash. Crazy long lees aging (18 months OMG!) giving us strawberry shortcake vibes that are so good!

• Gamay grapes farmed organically by yours truly in Saanich, BC

• 1 day maceration on skins for a deep beautiful colour

• 18 months on lees in bottle (say what?!)

• Hand riddled, hand disgorged, hand labeled by me (it took forever!)
