We’ve put together our most exciting trio pack yet. Three exceptional Pinot Noirs from the same vineyard made in 3 different ways! Omg! We truly feel that these are the best three wines we’ve ever made and they’re so so dear to our heart!

AMPHORA

In magnum only! (Our first magnums!) This wine is partial whole cluster, partial destemmed and rested in our tiny amphora built for us from clay sourced from our home vineyard on Salt Spring Island. Its a deeply personal wine and we’re so in love with it. Its dark cherries with a deep minerality, long finish and a super silky texture. Like drinking something out of a rocky stream, you pick up mineral elements throughout the palate of the wine. So good and so limited. Only 15 magnums available.

LONG ELEVAGE

We selected 2 of our favourite barrels from the 2024 Johan Pinot Noir, which we held back for additional aging for a total of 14 months in neutral, French oak barrels. This wine has been on a beautiful journey giving us silky cherry notes, forest, and amazing structure. It has the ability to age for a looong time but its also incredible to drink now. Super limited and will be an amazing addition to your holiday feasts!

JOHAN PINOT NOIR

The original release of Johan Pinot Noir. A once in a lifetime wine for us as we were only allowed to make wine with these exceptional grapes from famed Johan Vineyard in Willamette, Oregon in 2024 only. The vineyard is certified biodynamic, regenerative, and one of the greatest sites for pinot noir in North America. Truly an incredible wine, its deep and complex while still giving so much freshness. I love this wine so much.
